about-careers-workforce

“What Do You Mean There’s No Office?”

We believe that marketing is a journey, but your commute to work doesn’t have to be. Digital Pi is a 100% virtual company with no corporate office. We have taken that "start-up mentality" you always hear about to a new level in that we're constantly evolving, growing, and not saddled by location or traffic. Some of us prefer to work at home, others in coffee shops or anywhere a wi-fi connection can be had.
about-main-team

"Don't You
Get Lonely?"

With communication systems in place and regular ongoing company-wide check ins, it's not often that you feel alone (plus, most of us have trusty office mates in the form of dogs, cats, guinea pigs, birds!). If you're stuck with a client issue, there's a channel for that! You will have the opportunity to work closely with some of the smartest and most respected people in the marketing automation consulting industry! All of the benefits of teamwork and camaraderie still exist, you just don’t have to navigate around a corporate office to get them.

"Do You Miss Going to
An Office?"

No. We truly love being a remote work team but do realize it takes a special, motivated individual to thrive in this setting. We believe that when you love what you do it’s infectious so our team finds ways to interact through "get to know each other" presentations and virtual parties. We’re always learning and sharing our collective experience so we can be better and continue to grow. Join us!

It Makes Sense, for You and OUR CLIENTS

Our clients get the best of us because simply put, we’re happier people. We engage with our team in an efficient, effective, and fun way to bring our best selves to all client meetings and projects. And, because we don’t waste time commuting or with incessant and often unproductive office chatter – we tend to me a more productive bunch too!

I like working remote mostly because of the flexibility and freedom. I enjoy working from different places, not worrying about commuting, and feel more productive working from a home office but still interact with people all day.

– Mike Rizzo, Senior Manager Client Services

A huge benefit to me was not having to commute – I have more time to “sharpen my saw” by focusing on myself in the mornings instead of running around or I can spend that time being productive on the job (and not sitting in traffic). Plus, my cat is cute and I get to see him 24/7 now.

– Jenn DiMaria, Senior Manager Client Services

Not having a commute is one of the greatest benefits of working from home. I used to commute an hour and a half every business day, forty five minute each way. Now that I work from home, I have nearly 400 hours a year back in my life to do what I want with, and not spent on the road.

– Augie Kuron, Client Services Manager
