Picklist Support in Info-Capture Card
In one of our customer meetings, the customer raised a question – “how do I give my visitor an option to select from 20 choices? For example: Job title”. That’s a valid use case and valuable feedback, so we launched support of the picklist in the info capture card allowing visitors to choose from uo to 250 multiple choices.
Date & Datetime Fields are Now Supported in Information Capture
Now, the Infocapture Card also supports Date & Datetime fields. On the Marketo Integration page, you can now select and sync date or datetime type attributes to make them part of the Infocapture card in your dialogue. This also shows a calendar and time picker for the visitor to select the date and time they want to input (you can even see the experience in the preview).
Get Notified by Email for Every Meeting Booking
Previously, when a visitor booked a meeting with you, your calendar automatically updated with the booked meeting. Today, the meeting organizer now receives a separate email notification about the meeting booked along with necessary details about the visitor making it easier to search and stay organized.
Add Tokens to Your Booking Email
Today, in Dynamic Chat, you can now personalize the email that will be sent to your visitor regarding the meeting that’s been booked with lead and company tokens.
Highlight Tokens to Update Attributes Used
Now that you can use lead and company attributes as tokens even in the email notifications, the attributes used by list is updated to highlight usage in audience segmentation or as tokens to personalize.
