Strategic Account Director

Position Summary

This is a newly created role due to Company’s growth. Focus will be on successful account relationship management of one of our top client accounts at a global level, which includes account and project management as well as upselling new projects. 

Education

Bachelor’s degree required 

Required Prior Experience

  • 5+ years’ prior experience in marketing services, ideally including marketing automation projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with extensive experience as a client point of contact (POC)
  • Sales skillset and experience with new project revenue generation
  • Previous experience in a Client Success Manager or Senior Project Manager role a huge plus
  • Knowledge of Marketo a huge plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Staffing Resourcing
    • Coordination with teams on resources needed to support work
    • Updates to key client POCs regarding resourcing planning
    • Updates for new additions to team and team members leaving
    • Transition planning for team members moving off the account
  • Account meetings
    • 2x Weekly status calls with key client POCs
    • Monthly with client and Digital Pi client service team
    • QBR preparation and meetings
  • Relationship management
    • Receiving feedback from the teams for areas of improvement, working with client POCs to improve on these
    • Tracking of account issues – Adobe and Digital Pi issues – raised by teams for review purposes
    • Follow-ups on call topics raised with the team related to account relationship areas, providing feedback to Adobe on changes
    • Weekly communication with regional POCs to understand any challenges and areas of success
    • Participation in 360 account reviews
    • Coordination with Merkle on account updates
    • Escalation support
    • Assisting regional leads for any escalations & handling with the client
  • New Adobe team SH engagement
    • When new budgets are added for new teams, intro calls + how to work together conversations need to take place
  • SOW Financial Management + working with procurement (Merkle + Adobe)
    • New contracts
    • Change orders
    • Working with our finance team in contract administration processes

Compensation

  • Depending upon prior experience.

Other

  • As Digital Pi is a “virtual company,” this is a work-from-home position. Ability and willingness to travel to client locations as necessary.
