Jeannie Wong

client services manager

With over 7+ years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing Jeannie started her career off in channel marketing at NVIDIA. Through the years she has worked in marketing communications, strategic planning, events, campaign management, email marketing, marketing automation and demand generation. Previous to discovering her passion in marketing automation, Jeannie managed a $500K+ budget leveraging marketing channels in PR, advertising in print, television, radio, social media and email for lead generation.

During her time at Macmillan Learning, she managed lead generation programs to deliver highly targeted content, revamped new life cycle nurture programs that aligned with sales, transferred an existing instance into a new Marketo instance, worked on reintegrating a new SFDC and much more. When Jeannie moved to Kasasa, voted 5th best place to work in Austin by ABJ (Austin Business Journal) she implemented a new lead scoring model, nurture life cycle engagement program and worked to integrate SugarCRM, webcast vendor ON24, and data enrichment webhooks into Marketo. With 3+ years as a Marketo admin, Jeannie has experience working with setting up new Marketo instances and programs, working with acquired lists, data hygiene, integrations, utm parameters and consulting marketing teams on B2B best practices. She excels in creating simplified yet robust programs for marketing teams where any team member can come in and run campaigns within a 5 step process. She also enjoys creating processes that decrease SLA’s, workflow mapping, creating test schedules for new Marketo programs and most importantly listening to client’s needs and executing on custom programs that meet their marketing goals.

Born in New York, Jeannie grew up in California, graduated from SCU (Santa Clara University) in 3 years and is now living in Austin, Texas where she calls home. She loves anything to do with water whether it’s at the beach, lake, pool or waterpark! During her spare time she always has a home project on her list. Her hobbies include restoring furniture with chalk paint, trying new things like gardening and being outdoors. Most of her time though is spent with her fiancé, kids and loyal dog Kaylii.
